Analyzing Customers’ Demands for Different Housing Features in Buildings Using a Data Mining Method

چکیده

There are many options and factors in the production phase of housing. In marketing phase, houses presented to customer’s taste. Therefore, it is clear that a customer-oriented approach necessary establish supply–demand balance housing on basis quality. This study aimed determine customers’ demands construction sector. Within scope study, 303 surveys were conducted 30 different provinces Turkey. The data obtained analyzed by WEKA software with association rule extraction as mining method. distribution other attributes was determined according two class labels, namely ownership status (tenant or homeowner) expectations houses. As result people living Turkey prefer south-facing facade when purchasing house. addition, seen property owners demand 4 + 1 independent units. It remarkable individuals who tenants want room be spacious. results also revealed female have higher than male individuals. At same time, understood people’s differ variables age, education level, number family members. majority this had confidence value 90% above. intended serve guide for developers better understand meet buildings’ residents.
